The only tint available in the Philippines is Berry, which really frustrated me cause I was looking for the Crimson Tint. I was skeptical at first when I tried Berry on cause I thought it was better suited for fairer skinned girls, but I've been using it as my everyday lip balm and its a pretty shade of pink on me. It's a bit on the dry side though.
I tried this on at the makeup counter and did not really love it. I was looking into getting a simple chap stick with some color, and the makeup artist recommended this product. I tried it on, but just did not like it very much. That's when she recommended I try a lip glace (much better choice)!
I usually don't wear much lipstick at all, but purchased this when I saw a magazine review saying it looked good on everyone. It's a tiny bit drier than I would expect, but otherwise a great product for non-lipstick wearers...
The Hydratint lip balm applies easily and hydrates immediately. The formula imparts a long lasting, subtle sheen of color. The added SPF makes this a summer essential. I must collect all the colors!
Plum Tint was recommeneded to me by a Laura Mercier makeup artist from Rhode Island in a Nordstrom store. If you have dry lips, you'll get both the color of a sheer lipstick and the moisture of a lipbalm, in this pretty product.
I have the HydraTint in Berry and Mocha and these two Tints are my "go to" products for every day. Pretty, sheer colors (the Berry is a wearable purple pink; while the Mocha is an even more wearable plummy brown on me) with a chapstick like application. Stays longer then you would think for a product of this kind. I also like the fact that the Tint offers SPF protection, yet doesn't seem to dry out my lips like other products with that characteristic.
I love this product because it gives just enough color with a natural look (or without any other makeup), and I like that it's giving SPF protection to the lips.

love it; my go-to lip treatment
PostedOctober 7, 2010
Attributes: Non-drying, Hydrating, Sheer Coverage, right amount of daytime color
I would consider this better than a lip gloss because it is not sticky or goopy. A sheer coverage with color. (I cannot go too sheer, as my lips are my best feature.) It does not have great staying power, so I find myself reapplying throughout the day. But because it's non-drying, I use it like I would a great chapstick. I gave it 4 stars on value because of reapplication. Add a lip liner before applying, and it will last longer. My recommendation on color is mocha -- works on everyone except really fair blondes. Add the chestnut liner. (Also, if you previously loved the Laura Mercier lip kisses -- now discontinued -- this is the closest thing.)
I have this in Nude and Apricot and I love them. I was a little skeptical of the nude color at first, but after a day or two of using it I was hooked. It gave me a natural color with a kiss of peach. Apricot is also lovely, although I find it more of a spring/summer color. I plan on trying Berry in the future.
I am not a big lipstick wearer. I know my face needs that extra color, especially as I get older but my schedule is so crazy I just don't have the time to be touching up my lips all the time, plus I just plain forget. We've had super cold weather here in Florida the past 3 weeks. I forgot how drying the cold plus having the heat on can be on your skin. My lips were just constantly dry so I picked up one of Laura's Hydra Tint lip colors here locally to try and counter act the dryness. I have fallen in love with this product! Not only does it moisturize it gives that nice blush of color to boot. I find myself using it multiple times each day. Quick and easy. Already deciding which colors to buy next!
I bought this in "berry" because I wanted a winter lip color that brightened my pale face and prevented chapped lips. So far, that's exactly what is does. Before work, I put this on with my Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer, and I'm good to go.

Attributes: Long Lasting, Non-drying, Glossy, Hydrating
I have searched for a lip color that would be long lasting and moisturizing...and I finally found it. This is such a great lip moisturizer and is also glossy and long lasting.
Has the same consistency as chapstick but packs quite a punch in the pigment department. I do feel it is a tad expensive, though, since I can't stop comparing it to Chapstick!
Attributes: Long Lasting, Non-drying, Glossy, Hydrating, Sheer Coverage, Non-waxy
I live in a high altitude, dry climate. This product works wonderful for keeping lips moisturized. I have the tint in plum and find works well with my highly pigmented natural lip color.
Attributes: Long Lasting, Non-drying, Hydrating, Non-waxy
I have this product in apricot tint and the color is just beautiful. My lips are usually chapped in the winter time, and I use this product now and I am pleased. They are moisturizing, and the product is not sticky which is a plus.

How amazing!!! Looks great when you're out on the boat with a tan, but so does Apricot. Stays on and worth every penny.

I don't like a heavy lipstick, and some glosses are too shiny / sticky. This tinted lip balm is mucho moisturizing, with a lovely sheer color and light gloss. And the taste is subtle and yummy. Another MUST HAVE in my purse!
