goes on easy and mineral foundation goes on easy over it but purchased for shine control and the LM pressed shine control powder is much more effective for this

I use this primer during the Summer when I tend to be more oily and sweaty. It helps my mineral foundation go on smoother and I find that I use less of my mineral foundation when I use the primer. It only takes a little bit for coverage and the container lasts many months. I love it!

I have been using the powder mineral primer for almost a year and I am extremely happy with it. I use it under LM mineral foundation and it stays fresh looking all-day, even on oilier days. Given that it's been almost a year with daily use from my first jar, its a good value. Highly recommended, especially if other primers break you out.

I have been a long time user of mineral makeups and Laura Mercier's is the best out there! I completely recommend the mineral primer to have your look last longer and help your mineral set better. I have combination skin so I use the mineral primer during the warmer months for oil control and the liquid primer with colder weather to prevent dry skin. For anyone debating on whether or not to try primer, YES you will definately notice a huge difference in smoothness of application and length of your look.

I have used many other make-up primers in the past ... but this one leaves my skin with a light satin feel that makes my mineral powder go on smooth and last longer. When I first bought it I though it wouldn't last long, but I was wrong. It takes very little to to cover my face and it helps the powder to cover red pigmentation in my skin. I love it!

I use this product under the mineral makeup and it gives a perfect base for the makeup. I recently had a laser procedure for fine lines and was able to use this product and the makeup just a week after the procedure. No irritation and good coverage for the residual redness and no caking.

I have tested it and I look better at the end of the day when I use the mineral primer vs. no primer. I prefer to use a powder instead of a liquid primer since I am using mineral powder foundation.

My skin is oily, so I prefer mineral powder foundations for the medium coverage I like. The Laura Mercier Mineral Primer creates a canvas perfect for the application of mineral powder. The primer seems to make the foundation last longer and helps prevent oily breakthroughs! Love it, love it, love it!!
