Most of the reviews are right about this product. It does provide for a more nataural look, so I would not recommend it to those that need extensive coverage (i.e spots/pimples) It also leaves you with a very dewy complexion, which tends to begin looking greasy after about 4-5 hours. The color selection is fantastic, which makes it easier to find your perfect match. Application (with finger tips) is also efforlessly. I would recommend for those who want a natural look and do not like foundation. Also, it helps to use the slightest bit of moisturizer underneath, otherwise, you may get that cakey look. And YES, the packaging is absolutely poor, it will leak out of the bottle and remain on the cap, so when you close it, product will squirt out & be wasted. Also, there does not seem to be much product in the bottle (which is a bit irritating considering the price) Overall, provides a natural look with easy application. Great for the more 'natural' chicks..

I purchased this product in December and while I love the coverage and the glow it gives my skin, I can't afford it due to the fact that it constantly leaks out of the top. I travel by plane weekly and the product ends up all over my makeup bag. So I thought it would help to put it in my purse. Wrong..now it's all over everything in my purse. Please address this issue because I will not be buying it again until there is some resolution. What an unnecessary waste.

I have been using this for over a week and I absolutely love it. I apply it and then add a dusting of mineral powder over top for a lovely finish. Color was spot on, which I was worried about when investing money in a cosmetic. My one major complaint is the packaging. The tube is a bad vessel and bad design. The product collects in the cap and oozes out the top. To open and close the tube, you must apply a little pressure, which results in leakage and wasted product. After opening the tube, you cannot lay it flat otherwise the product seeps out - more waste. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with this concern. For the money spent per tube, I literally cannot afford to waste any product and I expect good and proper packaging. I have concerns about taking this product on a plane for fear of it leaking everywhere per others' reviews. Please address the packaging issue!!!!!

I have been using this product faithfully for quite some time, and find it to be a great light tinted moisturizer for my extremely sensitive skin. However, in the recent year, I've noticed the packaging has not been able to withstand any length of air travel. I have had to deal with exploded/leaking moisturizers every time I travel by air, and it wastes a great deal of the product each time. I really hope the LM team will fix this flaw in the packaging (and I see I'm not alone in this after reading some other reviews. I hope there are no changes in the ingredients as the current mix is perfect for my sensitive skin.

Why is the packaging on your tinted foundation so poor? This is the second tube that I've purchased where the contents leak in my makeup bag. I will not purchase this product in the future because the design of the tube is so poor.

Used to love this tint, but it doesn't perform the same as it used to. The formula seems to have changed. It used to sink into skin and now sits on top of it, the consistency is oily and thicker. I noticed that an old box I have still have had kalaya oil as one of the ingredients, now it seems to have been replaced with castor oil. Big mistake to change what was an absolutely beautiful product.

I work 5 days a week with full makeup so when its finally the weekend I look forward to my skin care routine minus the sunscreen and foundation, its nice to skinny down on products and use the LM Tinted Moisturzer plus SPF 20. Sometimes I add a little bronzer, a finishing product, and mascara for a kicked back weekend look. I really love this product.

I LOVE this tinted moisturizer. It's light and fantastic. However, the product collects in the cap when stored. Also, I recently took it on a flight, and unfortunately half the bottle leaked out all over my cosmetics bag under the pressure of the airplane. I would love to see this product in a new, leak-proof bottle.

I'm not a big makeup wearer - particularly foundation - so I'm impressed that I've (a) run out of this product, and (b) am back to buy more while wholeheartedly recommending it. This product lets my skin and natural glow shine through while evening out the tone, and it only takes seconds to apply. I'm also particularly happy with the Porcelain shade; it can be very difficult to find foundation that's fair enough to match my skin color.
There are only a few drawbacks, which both improve after some use. It needs to be blended on the entire face immediately or it will dry and can look streaky. As other reviewers have pointed out, this bottle will squirt out more than you are expecting/need.

Once I finally discovered Laura's tinted moisturizers I totally understood why other clients raved about them and with good reason.
I have used a variety of products over the years and now enjoy a better than natural look with the added bonus of the SPF20.
I have a history of sun damage and have been working on restoring my skin's overall condition. The Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer applied over Foundation Primer makes my skin look flawless and I love the compliments!

I never wore foundation before I discovered this stuff. It always felt too thick on my face, as if my skin couldn't breathe. This tinted moisturizer is the PERFECT product for someone like me who wants subtle, all over coverage that doesn't feel like a mask. Nowadays, I literally never leave the house without using this product as my foundation. I am addicted to the even, well-balanced tone that it brings to my face. I always use the primer underneath, because it really makes a difference in how smoothly the tinted moisturizer goes on during application. It's a perfect thickness and really makes me feel like I look vital and healthy all the time! My only small gripe is that the formula could be a little more moisturizing. I apply a separate gentle moisturizer each morning prior to applying this one. It would be great not to have to do this. Otherwise, it is perfection!

Most mornings I use illuminating moisturizer on my cheeks and forehead, and this around my chin which tends to break out. They blend easily. My mother-in-law actually adds a touch of the illuminating to this and blends them, which she feels looks better for women 50+

I got a deluxe sample of this product and completely fell in love with the texture and the finish. I use my fingers to apply, and it glides on smoothly with no tugging and smoothes down to this super natural finish that almost looks like i have nothing on. Yet, it has enough coverage (light/sheer) to even out my skintone and make any red spots from acne become less noticeable.
I personally love the finish, but I can understand that there are those who requires more coverage and will not like this as much.
My only major complaint is the lasting power. Maybe it's because I have oily skin, but the TM would fade within a few hours of me applying it. By midday a lot of it would have worn off. I usually wear primer underneath and set with the Laura Mericer loose translucent setting powder.
I haven't invested in a full bottle purely due to the lack of lasting power on my oily skin and the price point. However, it really has a mistake-proof application and one of the best finishes to a foundation/TM i have ever used!

This is the most beautiful, natural looking, long wearing tinted moisturizer. The formula instantly melts into the skin and easily blends with little effort. Whether you use a brush, sponge or fingers (my preferred way), the tint provides just the right amount of coverage to appear natural and feel comfortable. Skin is left with a healthy hint of color and evenly toned complexion.
