So this isn't your just quickly coat and run mascara. You have to work it into your lashes. You can get the most glamorous and crazy lush lashes! I tend to make mascaras smudge on me, and this one doesn't - so beyond thrilled about this!

Soft, Dark, Full Lashes but it smears on me

I always use an eyelash curler. With this formula my lashes are really full, they are soft, and the formula is dark which is nicely defining on me. This mascara is easy to remove with cleanser. The only unfortunate thing, and why it doesn't have my top rating, is that I get slight ghosting under my eyes sometimes. I haven't decided if this is as a result of where I'm placing the mascara or the various eye products I use. It isn't enough to make me stop using it for everyday because it is such a pleasure to apply and really frames my eyes.

A mascara I like

I got a small size of this as a gift with a purchase. I liked it. I have tried many mascaras, from cheap to expensive, and have not been very happy with most of them. However, I do like this one. It gives great separation of lashes and body but is not too heavy. I would like to see it in brown as well as black.
I'd like to see more mascaras in travel sizes as give-aways, so I could keep one packed in my travel bag.

I have worked for Laura Mercier for three years and have never really been impressed with our mascaras, until this one came out a couple of weeks ago. This is the best mascara I have ever used! People have been asking me if my lashes are fake!
It doesn't clump, it doesn't flake it just looks BOMB!

I preordered this mascara and picked it up today. I was so thrilled to be getting mascara that actually nourishes the lashes! The consultant at the counter, who is always extremely helpful explained to me how great this mascara was. When I picked it up today and put it on I saw that she was exactly right. My eyelashes are long and lush, very soft, and not one clump(every eyelash perfectly separated!). I would certainly recommend it to the world, as I have every other Laura Mercier product that I have purchased. It's a must have.
