I love this product! It adds a healthy glow to my skin and I am consistently complimented on my "radiance". Seriously, EVEN MY MOTHER has said it, & uses it too. You know how when you look good, you feel better? Yeah, that's how this works. Totally worth it! My skin is olive, but lighter when I am not outside often, and the Golden Mosaic is perfection for me in any season, adding just the right blend of bronzer, shimmer & glow, but without seeming too dark, too sparkly, or too young for my age. (The LM makeup artist at our local mall recommended the Pink Mosaic, but it's too light for me, & makes my skin look waaaay too shiny.) I can use it to darken areas to make my face look thinner, highlighting others to make me look less tired. I use Illuminating moisturizer, secret brightener, concealer when needed, and this ALWAYS! Get it--you won't be sorry!

Most blushes will turn orange on my skin but not the pink mosaic! I have the option of using just 1 color or a mixture of all colors. You can have a very sheer coverage or make it darker by building coverage.I love this product!

I love this product so much that I have purchased it three times. The first time as I used the product and the triangles became thin in spots the whole block busted apart and turned into powder clumps and became useless. The next time, while traveling, I took extra care to wrap the Shimmer Bloc in soft tissue. It was busted into clumps again. Third time I accidently dropped the closed compact onto a soft bathroom rug (from about 10 inches height) the "triangles" were dislodged and within two days it had crumbled again. WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN!!!!!

if you want to look flawless in photos or real life, sweep some on your cheekbones, eyelids, temples. a little goes a long way and you need a light touch. it doesn't deliver a color but more like a tone to the skin, so you can choose which tone to predominate. i have the "Mosaic" palette and I love the dark brown shimmer on lids, and the lighter colors on the cheekbones. if you want to look like a hollywood star, this is the way!!

I love this product and have it in the Pink Mosaic, Orchid Mosiac and the Gilded Garden Mosaic.
Regarding this product, I wanted to share that it is perfect for fair/light skin that can tend to look a little sallow or tired (like mine). I'm not a big bronzer user, because my skin is too light and most bronzers are just too dark and tend to look very unnatural on me.
I wear Pink Mosaic everyday because it just adds that pop of color for cheeks & counterbalances the tiredness. The individual triangles can be used as needed for highlighting, shading or even as eye shadows or to add a bit of glimmer to the lips if you are in a hurry. I usally mix them all together for blush and to highlight my face to give it some color & dimension without looking "Bronzy" and to prevent that "wall to wall carpeting" look after foundation, etc., is applied. It adds beautiful, sheer color and light to the face.
The Pink is a great daily color (Peach would be too), the Orchid I use with different colors, typically with more neutral or brown eyes. The Gilded Garden, as beautiful as it is in the compact, is mostly a sheer, champagne color with a few pops of pink & lilac, so that one is better as just a highlighter. I use the the lilac for shadow and the pink on eyes, cheeks or lips.
These mosaics are fragile! I dropped mine on the floor and it shattered. However, I was able to salvage it by crushing the bigger pieces and transferring it to a powder shaker. So now I have it both loose and pressed.
Try this-it's fabulous, especially if you want soft color and illumination/dimension to the face but don't like bronzers or heavy contour. Great for Fair-Light Skin.

This product is a staple in my kit.
Aside from the fact that I use it to illuminate a cheek, this could also double as eye shadow!
Yes! Eyeshadow. It's like having two products in one. You can use this as your eyeshadow using dry or wet application techniques. With wet application techniques, just work on it fast with light feathery strokes to achieve a nice blend of colors.
This is one of the best buys I have ever made.

there are a multitude of shimmer blocks on the market but this one is different-the luminous quality is so refined compared to the big chunks of shine in most. It gives a very believable glow instead of giving excessive glitter.
I use this on all my brides for that gorgeously defined cheekbone.It photographs beautifully.

I love to use this shimmer on my eyes, cheeks, and neck. I like to use a bronzing brush to apply it to my neck to give me a healthy glow and a natural radiance.

this seemed like a big splurge when I first bought it, but I use it all the time for both an eyeshadow and highlighter! Great product if you want some glamor but are traveling light . .

I love applying this shimmer for the ultimate glow. Although the color I ordered "Mosiac" was a little to dark for my skin I just apply it lightly and use more of the peachy side. On the plus you could also use these for eyeshadows.

I just purchased the shimmer block in pink/purple and absolutely love it! I have tons of shimmers in bronze, but the pink/purple was a wonderful surprise. This color combo is perfect for a rosy glow, even if you have natural redness in the skin, these colors do not compete. I use a fan brush for light application in the day, and I use a blush brush for heavier application at night. I also love to use the lightest shade in the bloc for a highlighter around the eye area.

I use the Shimmer Bloc primarily as a highlighter. I like that it's sheer enough that it doesn't give an over-the-top shimmer effect. It's just right!

I use peach mosaic and I fell in love. With a couple strokes you can blend the perfect highlighting color for your cheekbones and your eyes. The color is not a tacky glittery look, its a natural glow.

I purchased this quad in Orchid. I love the four coordinating colors and how it can be used on eyes and as a highlighter for cheeks. Only problem for me is that the quad is quite shimmery (although thankfully not metallic or with big chunks of glitter). I would have preferred less shimmer and more sheen. I also felt the Orchid quad was little too "bronze," so I reached for it far less often in the winter, when I wanted a cooler look with less warmth.

Don't know how I lived without this product! I purchased it on a whim a few years ago and have been using it every since. I use the mosic and sometimes this is the only makeup on my face besides mascara. It gives your skin such a healthy glow. I grab a big brush and hit my face for an all over glow, but you can each color with a small brush on eyes, lips and cheeks, this is what I do when I go away, it is easier to pack one product instead of several. I just can't rave enough about this product.
