This velour puff works extremely well with the loose powder setting. Put some powder on the puff, rub it into the puff and use a rolling motion on your face to sop up oil. This will help mattify your look throughout the day. This puff is also very easy to take care of. I just throw it into the wash once in awhile and it takes away all the makeup that's been absorbed into the puff.

I use this to set loose powder and it works great! I've had it for several years and it holds up well to all my makeup abuse!

This puff is wonderful!! I use this w/ translucent loose powder - and have for several yrs. One of the first items I purchased from Laura Mercier. Very easy to clean and my puff has lasted over the yrs. Using this puff is so much better than using a brush or sponge! Thanks to the wonderful MA that instructed me on great application tricks!

The velour makeup puffs are the only ones I will ever use. I discovered them a few years ago, and they actually do make a difference in my makeup application. I am not sure why, but the powder goes on more smoothly and evenly and I love it. You are supposed to roll the puff across the face (hard to explain), but it works. Best ever.

I love using this puff to apply the loose setting powder--it places the powder perfectly. When powder is absorbed through the puff, just throw it in the washer and reuse!
