I love this moisturizer. I do. BUT like another reviewer it is true that the volume has been downsized and the packaging changed to make it appear that it is actually larger, thus more. I don't like the increase in price and the decrease in volume. In addition, I ordered two bottles right after the packaging changed. I had one jar in Chicago and left one in Las Vegas. In BOTH cases, the part of the jar that the cap screws on to literally fell apart. It just crumbled. Fortunately, it did'n't get inside the jar. I guess it must be the qualtiy of glass they use to hold the moisturizer itself. Who KNOWS why.. It happened, and I didn't get hurt so I just kept it moving. I am still looking for another moisutrizer beccause the price increase and decrease in volume wasn't balanced. They should have kept the previous packaging, which was much better, and just increased the price I mean $5.00 by millions of users, how much money do they need to make? AND how much did it cost to change the packaging?

Love this product, but not the packaging

This is a wonderful moisturizer...no complaints about the product itself. I dislike the new packaging though...I think I got more jar than moisturizer this time. It's also a problem for traveling...the square-ish top tends to come open in a travel bag and it's also too big for my travel bag. If the jar has to be this big...at least give us a travel size! I liked the old jar much better.

I thought the creme was too thick and did not like how it felt on my skin. You could really feel the moisturizer sitting on top of your face, and it did not hydrate at all. I was rather disappointed with the purchase.

The new design is great however I wish they would not have downsized from 2oz to 1.7oz, yet left the same price on the product.
