I have in amethyst. It is about the same color as what I already have in a LM Powder shadow, but it sparkles and has lot of glitter. I just use a pencil, and cover and smudge where I want color and then use a tad of powder to blend. Its really a not necessary product (I have the LM pencils, and today I used black gold with a bit of very light pearl to blend out). Would prefer cream in a pot, a neutral color.

I just received this in Sapphire and I love it. The color is a darker blue than it looks on the website which is exactly what I wanted. It goes on so easily. At first I used it like an eyeliner pencil but then I tried using the pointed eyeliner brush for a finer line and it went on like butter. At the end of a 12 hour day it looked exactly the way it did when I put it on. Not one smudge. This surprised me considering how creamy it feels going on. I like it better than the cake eyeliner and I never thought I would say that. I will definitely be trying some of the other colors!

I really love this product. I have the colors Smoke, Amethyst, Jungle, and Khaki. I find myself reaching for Smoke the most. It is a beautiful gun-metal gray. I don't tend to apply it directly to my eyelid, as that gives a very bold line with a lot of pigment. I coat a slim eye-liner brush with the product, apply, then smudge. This yields great results that last forever.
My next favorite color is Jungle, a deep green. It's gorgeous with my red hair and fair skin. Amethyst, on the other hand, does not work with my coloring. It's very taupe-y on me...and makes me look tired. I feel like it would work well on someone else, just not me.
Khaki is pretty with a great texture.

I hope this product will be around for a long while yet. It is the only eyeliner and shadow i seem to need! I really wish LM would come out with a copper and/or gold color! I bet that would be gorgeous with the smooth and creamy formula, and would be something I'd use a lot.

these colors are beautiful. So easy to glide on to you eye to create what ever look it is y our going for and with your fingers you can easily spread it.... do what you want. It stays on ALL DAY LONG and i used a flat brush to use under my bottom lashes and it just glided easily. This also stayed on all day. DID NOT smear or go anywhere. It stayed put all of 9 hours of my work day, until i took it off around 9 pm. I love LM's products speacially eye shadows. It might cost over 20 bucks but it's totally worth it. they don't ever breake off and i've had them but over a year now.... doesn't even look like i've made it to the half mark!! absolutly great sutff.... THANK YOU LM!!!!!!! your porducts are aboslutely gorgeaous and affordable. I would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful wonderful! I bought the cocoa and smoke and blend them together for a beautiful color. I have not had any trouble blending this product with my fingers...no brushes necessary unless you prefer to use them.

I love, love, love this! Stays on all day, and can create the most gorgeous smoky eye. I have this in plum, but I really want to have ALL the colors! This product also wears incredibly well on the inner rim of the eye too...

Very nice Laura Mercier! The product applies VERY smoothly to my eyelids. No negatives really.
My only recommendation is to use direct from the tube on the top eyelid and use a brush to blend as it dries quickly. For the under eye area, I used the Cream Eye Brush. Colors are beautiful.
