Wonderful colors, and the brushes really make a difference. I had two of the eye colors included in this portfolio prior to purchase and they applied quite lightly with the brushes I owned. With the brushes included here, the eye shadows seem completely different and blend quite nicely.

Beautiful Looks in this Palette

I really like it when the shadows, liner and blush are coordinated for me in palettes like this and a few brushes are included too- so convenient! Of course the first thing I did was fall in love with the eyeliner that I can't buy separately - ground espresso is like the eyeshadow coffee ground but in a liner. And it looks sensational with the browns in this kit on my dark brown eyes -finished with city pink blush and peony lips. I've also used the plums with burgundy wine liner -rose petal blush and peony lips too, and they are beautiful and for me, a great choice for evenings. Regular black ebony seems almost unnecessary in this kit but I'm happy to have it there too.
