I was an eye basics customer until I met this eye canvas. I have oily lids and have trouble keeping my shadow in place all day. I really hate playing with my makeup during the day. I did a comparison between the two and the eye canvas stayed all day without creasing.
I use blush ivory foundation and I am using ec1 on my lids.

I find the Eye Canvas wonderful to apply with the eye creme brush. I was not sure what to expect or how to properly use this new product when I purchased it. I only knew with Laura Mercier that it would be good and I am not disappointed in the least. I do love the Eye Basics as well but as the description states: the Eye Canvas acts like a foundation for the eye and it is extremely lightweight. If you love Laura's concealers you will equally enjoy this new product. I certainly do!

This product is AWESOME! It is MUCH better then eye basics! Matte, but NOT dry. If feels silky like a gel, but covers like a cream. Blends very easily..and creates a GREAT no-makeup look! Easy workability. Lasts all day! I need moderate to average concealer in the eye area, and THIS does the trick. I don't really even need a concealer when I use this. I will never be without it! SO happy I tried it!!

No Eye Shadow Creasing - All Day!

My eyelids tend to be a bit oily, and my eye shadow creases just a couple of hours after I put it on. I ordered the eye canvas online, and wow! was I pleasantly surprised! My eye shadow stayed put all day. No creasing!
